Where is my order?

Tracking information is emailed after dispatch. It may take 48–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system. If no tracking update is available after three days, contact us with your order number.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or delivery has begun.

How do I request a return?

Contact Customer Care within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the reason for the request and, when relevant, clear photographs of the item. Please wait for approval and return instructions before shipping anything back.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video showing the item and its packaging. Our team will review the issue and explain the next steps.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges because our garments are made to order. If your item qualifies for return, you may return it according to our policy and place a new order in the preferred size or style.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Reach out as soon as possible. If production or shipping has already begun, changes may no longer be possible. Our team will review the order status and advise you on the available options.

Can you help me choose a size?

Yes. Send us the product name, your usual size, relevant body measurements and how you prefer the garment to fit. We will help you choose with greater confidence.
